On the 17th-year anniversary of the signing of the human rights accord between the government and the National Democratic Front of the Philippines, a peace network in Cebu is holding a workshop-forum to drumbeat the need for the resumption of peace negotiation between the two parties. The workshop forum will be held at the Conference Hall of the UCCP-VCMC Bldg., Jones Ave., Cebu City, from 1.30-5PM on Friday (April 10, 2015) The Peace Solidarity group, which spearheads the activity, will also hold memorial rites to mark the event and call for the implementation of peace agreements.###
